1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing layanecreative.com and purchasing our products, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS

•       The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of all customization inputs.

•       Per our agreement with ShineOn, errors caused by incorrect customer information are not covered and will not qualify for replacement or refund.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency assigned to the customer’s selected market. United States customers generally see USD and customers in France generally see EUR. Available payment methods, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the final order total are displayed at checkout. The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete billing information. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, product unavailability, or payment failure; when an order is cancelled after payment, the corresponding amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations accepted only within 2 hours of order placement. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for full details.

7. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

We currently ship eligible products to the United States and France. Available shipping methods, prices, and estimated delivery dates depend on the destination and are confirmed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by production, customs, carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Responsibility for loss or damage is determined in accordance with the applicable consumer law and the remedies described in our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country.

8. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve all issues promptly. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks will be disputed with full documentation including order confirmations, tracking data, and our signed fulfillment agreement with ShineOn.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on layanecreative.com is the exclusive intellectual property of LayaneCreative LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LayaneCreative LLC’s total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming.
