All orders are produced and shipped by ShineOn (That’s No Moon Inc.), 18388 Pasco Business Center Way, Lutz, FL 33558, USA.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATION
We ship exclusively within the United States (all 50 states), including Alaska and Hawaii. No international shipping at this time.

5. ORDER TRACKING

6. LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
• Lost in transit (not marked Delivered): free replacement. Allow 30 days from dispatch before reporting.
• Incorrect address at checkout: we are not responsible for non-delivery.
• Package returned to ShineOn due to failed delivery: customer covers re-shipping fees.
• Lost or stolen after marked Delivered: not covered unless ShineOn Package Protection was purchased.
7. HEAVY SHIPPING
Orders with multiple quantities may incur a Heavy Shipping charge from ShineOn:
• Standard weight (up to 16 oz) — USPS Ground: $6.31 first unit + $4.95/additional.
• Heavy (1–8 lbs) — USPS Ground: $12.00 first unit + $4.95/additional.
• Orders of 20+ items are bulk orders and receive a manual shipping quote by email.
8. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE
Once an order leaves ShineOn’s warehouse, shipping is the carrier’s responsibility. LayaneCreative LLC and ShineOn are not liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions, extreme weather, U.S. federal holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
