Cancellation Policy
OVERVIEW
All orders are immediately forwarded to ShineOn (That’s No Moon Inc.) upon confirmation. Due to the rapid nature of our custom manufacturing process, cancellations are subject to a strict time window.
1. CANCELLATION WINDOW
You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order has entered production and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION
• Email Contact@layanecreative.com within 2 hours of your order.
• Use subject line: "Cancellation Request — Order #XXXXX".
• A cancellation is only valid once you receive written confirmation from us.
• If no confirmation within the 2-hour window, contact us via live chat immediately.
3. CANCELLATIONS AFTER THE 2-HOUR WINDOW
• Cancellations will not be accepted for any reason, including change of mind or duplicate orders.
• Custom Name Necklaces in production are Final Sale — no cancellation, return, or refund.
• Ready-to-Gift Necklaces in production follow the same no-cancellation rule. Defective items may qualify for replacement per our Refund Policy.
4. DUPLICATE ORDERS
If you placed a duplicate order accidentally, contact us immediately with both order numbers. We will cancel the duplicate if still within the 2-hour window. After this window, we cannot process cancellations for duplicate orders.
5. ORDER MODIFICATIONS
We are unable to modify any order details (name spelling, font, style, or shipping address) after the 2-hour window. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.

6. APPROVED CANCELLATIONS — REFUND TIMELINE
If your cancellation is approved within the 2-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
